SIMPLE OPERATION

This sheeter is designed for ease of control, accessibility and requires only a minimum of maintenance. The main operator control has a touch screen making it very operator friendly. By implementing off the shelf control technology by Siemens, the operations of this technology is standardized allowing anyone to operate this system efficiently. It is possible to have only two operational staff run this technology in turn streamlining your production output.

Dual Rotary (Synchro-Fly)

The Synchro-Fly SC & SF-C Series can run several sheet widths and lengths with a variety of different materials, giving you maximum flexibility in all converting aspects. The auto off loader of skids facilitate an increase in production by 2 to 3 minutes by limiting sheeter down time on skid change and that means a higher bottom line profit day in and day out. The Synchro-Fly SC & SF-C Series can be equipped with optional cut-to register (CTR) or cut-to-watermark (CTW) packages as well as being equipped with the world’s leading splice detection technology provided by RKB. OPTIONS AVAILABLE

All our sheeters come with a variety of options to ensure your project and production goals can be met. Our SC and SF-C series sheeters come in 1450, 11700, 1900, 2100 and 2800 mm configurations and have standard splice detection capabilities with reliable reject gate controls. Our Working Process

Consultation

Our consultation begins the minute we start discussing your project, whether you invest or not. All information relevant to the project will be noted down. Once the specifications are determined, we move into the proposal phase.

Proposal

During the consultation phase we will determine together the overall specifications required of any project. We will then, at the request of the customer move into our proposal phase where we will submit the project details in full for acceptance.

Manufacturing

Once you, the customer has determined all aspects of the project are listed including any options agreed upon, an order will be placed with Leigh and manufacturing will begin starting with the design phase, approval drawing acceptance and build.

Inspect & Delivery

Once the system is built, we will move into the inspection, testing and delivery phase. Anything that proves deficient relative to the specifications agreed upon will be reworked, replaced and resolved prior to shipment. Leigh will assist in the installation with the vendors to ensure a successful project is met.
